Jennifer Barner
Advisor
Jennifer Barner is the founder of Lighthouse Ventures, a private equity real estate investment firm. She is a real estate investment specialist and entrepreneur with a real estate background including extensive rehab experience. Prior to turning full time real estate investor Jennifer worked in sales at both IBM and Microsoft managing software implementations. She has also helped launch several lifestyle and health companies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Washburn. She is an avid reader, loves hiking, gardening, and spending downtime with friends and family. Jennifer lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and is mom to four children.
Jennifer started her real estate career in 2015 studying under the Rich Dad program. She then transitioned to MF and is now the General Partner/Sponsor on 622 units across 5 states. Additionally, she is a Limited Partner in 104 doors and participating in new builds in Atlanta and San Antonio. To round it out, she completed her 43 SFR rehab in 2021 and has a portfolio of 7 SFR properties in the Kansas City area.
